The yogic tradition teaches us that all practices of yoga prepare us for meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or yoga or have years of experience, this program will support you in deepening and inspiring your meditation practice.
Join me as we combine breathwork, yoga postures, and beautiful relaxation practices all in service to the goal and intention of establishing (or deepening) a daily discipline of yogic meditation.
- Hatha Yoga Classes DAILY with a focus on yogic breathing, gentle movement, guided relaxation, and yogic meditation (7:30-8:30 am ET)
- Learn accessible yogic breathing practices for centering and cultivating healthy breathing
- Receive guidance to establish a comfortable meditation seat
- Experience gentle, breath-based asana (yoga posture) classes each day
- Learn a systematic approach to meditation
