Hi, I'm Naomi Schademan—I teach hatha yoga, meditation, and holistic health as tools for self-transformation.
My life's journey took me through years in the darkness and pain of addiction, depression, and disordered eating.
Each of these challenges opened doorways—new pathways of connection, learning, and healing that have altered my life in profound and beautiful ways. Ultimately, my personal suffering has served as initiation into deeper self-discovery, growth, and direct experience of awakening.
Today I hold advanced teaching certifications in hatha yoga and yogic meditation and have spent years dedicated to my own healing path. Rooted in source wisdom, my offerings are inspired by the Himalayan Tradition and offer grounded tools for healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
